前言

低(di)壓(ya)成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設(she)備(bei)(bei)所有型式試驗(yan)項目中(zhong)以溫(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)試驗(yan)zui為(wei)特殊。在(zai)低(di)壓(ya)成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設(she)備(bei)(bei)中(zhong),特別是抽屜式開關(guan)柜,除主(zhu)進線電(dian)(dian)路(lu)外其各分支饋線電(dian)(dian)路(lu)多達(da)二十多個。根(gen)據(ju)國家(jia)標準(zhun)《GB 7251 低(di)壓(ya)成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設(she)備(bei)(bei)和控(kong)制設(she)備(bei)(bei)》、《GB/T 10233 低(di)壓(ya)成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設(she)備(bei)(bei)和電(dian)(dian)控(kong)設(she)備(bei)(bei)基(ji)本試驗(yan)方法 》的要求,成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設(she)備(bei)(bei)的主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)及(ji)分支電(dian)(dian)路(lu)必須同時(shi)通(tong)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)進行溫(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)試驗(yan),測量低(di)壓(ya)成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設(she)備(bei)(bei)各部件的溫(wen)度,以驗(yan)證(zheng)被試品是否符(fu)合標準(zhun)要求。傳(chuan)統低(di)壓(ya)成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設(she)備(bei)(bei)溫(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)試驗(yan)的特點是:① 試驗(yan)時(shi)間較長(chang)(chang),一般溫(wen)升(sheng)(sheng)試驗(yan)需8~10小時(shi)甚至更(geng)長(chang)(chang)時(shi)間;② 試驗(yan)能(neng)耗較大,被試品要通(tong)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)長(chang)(chang)時(shi)間運行消耗在(zai)負(fu)荷上,故許多廠家(jia)為(wei)了(le)避過用電(dian)(dian)高峰而(er)在(zai)夜間試驗(yan);③ 試驗(yan)過程單調(diao)枯燥,測試人員(yuan)須要經常調(diao)整(zheng)負(fu)荷并長(chang)(chang)時(shi)間反復(fu)地測量溫(wen)度值。

為了克(ke)服現有低壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設備(bei)溫度(du)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方法(fa)的(de)(de)(de)不足,我(wo)們提出采用一種新(xin)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)短(duan)路(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方法(fa)進(jin)行(xing)低壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設備(bei)溫升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),(以(yi)下簡稱短(duan)路(lu)法(fa)),短(duan)路(lu)法(fa)是所有溫升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)需要電(dian)源容量zui小,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)zui低的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方法(fa)。圖2是短(duan)路(lu)法(fa)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)原(yuan)理(li)框圖。它(ta)是利用低壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)設備(bei)主進(jin)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)路(lu)輸入端短(duan)路(lu)產生較小損耗,來進(jin)行(xing)溫升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)(de),也(ye)即(ji)對被測(ce)品主進(jin)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)路(lu)輸入端直(zhi)接短(duan)接,而(er)通過多臺恒(heng)流電(dian)源(63~6300A)分別(bie)并接在被測(ce)品各(ge)分支饋線(xian)(xian)回路(lu)倒輸入穩定(ding)電(dian)流,而(er)在總母排(pai)自動疊加以(yi)達到測(ce)試(shi)目的(de)(de)(de)。本(ben)方法(fa)成(cheng)(cheng)功克(ke)服了原(yuan)方案無法(fa)解決的(de)(de)(de)銅(tong)阻溫升(sheng)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)流飄移需實時(shi)調整的(de)(de)(de)缺(que)點,不但可(ke)以(yi)提高檢測(ce)精度(du),加快(kuai)校驗(yan)(yan)速度(du),提高工作效率,而(er)且恒(heng)流電(dian)源額定(ding)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)低(僅2~6V),節(jie)能效果可(ke)以(yi)提高75%以(yi)上,大大的(de)(de)(de)降(jiang)低了能耗。

 

解決方案

 

針對傳統低(di)壓成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)(guan)設備(bei)溫升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)方法(fa)的(de)不足和利用短路法(fa)進(jin)行溫升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)的(de)要求(qiu),我們研(yan)制(zhi)成功了一(yi)種新(xin)型低(di)壓成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)(guan)設備(bei)數字化智能型溫升(sheng)測試(shi)(shi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)設備(bei)——低(di)壓成套(tao)(tao)開關(guan)(guan)設備(bei)新(xin)型溫升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)系(xi)統。

低壓成套(tao)開(kai)關(guan)設備溫(wen)升試驗(yan)系統試驗(yan)原(yuan)理如圖3所示(shi)。圖中,QA為總開(kai)關(guan),QA1~n為分支路開(kai)關(guan);SCHL1~n為恒(heng)流電源(yuan)。當I=I1+I2+……In時(shi),溫(wen)升試驗(yan)可用一套(tao)多臺恒(heng)流電源(yuan)進行試驗(yan);當I<I1+I2+……In時(shi),可在支路未端(或總母排)增加(jia)一臺恒(heng)流電源(yuan)SCHLm,使(shi)I=I1+I2+……In+ Im。

 

程控交流恒流電源

 

程控(kong)交流(liu)(liu)恒流(liu)(liu)電源主要由交流(liu)(liu)配電單元(yuan)、調壓變壓器(qi)、變流(liu)(liu)器(qi)、驅動控(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)、數據采集單元(yuan)、人機(ji)介面、微(wei)機(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)等組成。

 

工作(zuo)(zuo)原理(li)(li):主回路通過(guo)(guo)驅動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)接(jie)(jie)收微機(ji)(ji)(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)信(xin)息(xi)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)結(jie)果控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)調壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器使交(jiao)流電(dian)源輸出電(dian)流自動保持恒(heng)定。控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)回路通過(guo)(guo)數據采集(ji)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)實(shi)時(shi)監(jian)測交(jiao)流電(dian)源電(dian)流輸出情況并將(jiang)(jiang)信(xin)息(xi)通過(guo)(guo)數據總線(xian)(xian)送入(ru)微機(ji)(ji)(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。微機(ji)(ji)(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)單(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流恒(heng)流電(dian)源的(de)數據處(chu)理(li)(li)中心,以(yi)現(xian)場(chang)總線(xian)(xian)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)對交(jiao)流系統(tong)進行信(xin)息(xi)采集(ji)、處(chu)理(li)(li)完成智能化(hua)管理(li)(li),信(xin)息(xi)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)結(jie)果一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面將(jiang)(jiang)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)人(ren)機(ji)(ji)(ji)界面觸摸式(shi)液(ye)晶(jing)顯示(shi)屏(ping)的(de)信(xin)息(xi)來(lai)源,另一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面通過(guo)(guo)現(xian)場(chang)總線(xian)(xian)或WIFI通信(xin)接(jie)(jie)口傳給上位計算機(ji)(ji)(ji)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)實(shi)現(xian)實(shi)時(shi)遠程監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)管理(li)(li)。

智能型溫(wen)度(du)(du)巡(xun)檢儀主(zhu)要由(you)智能隔(ge)離溫(wen)度(du)(du)變送器、高精度(du)(du)熱電偶(ou)和巡(xun)檢儀主(zhu)機三大(da)部分組成。
